Responsibilities: * Guide UX initiatives, driving innovation in design and functionality across our platforms.
* Engage in all stages of the design process, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Conduct UX research to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
* Design best-in-class experiences that are high converting and scalable * Work with departments that include data scientists, product managers, operations and engineering * Support Product Managers to assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics * Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback * Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open dialogue around design decisions and advocating for the best user outcomes.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in design roles such as product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or information architect.
* Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional background.
* Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality user-centered design solutions, as evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Adept at constructive design dialogue, emphasizing the merit of designs without ego.
* Continuous learner, staying abreast of UX trends, design strategies, and technologies.
* Self-motivated, with a commitment to personal responsibility and support for fellow designers.
* Proficient in web/iOS/Android design best practices, with experience designing for multiple platforms.
* Skilled in utilizing a variety of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow etc.). * Experience in Agile development environments, with a track record of designing and shipping products for both mobile and desktop.
