STUDIO DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Seasoned professional that will represent the firm well and interact with Clients on a luxury level.

Assist in running daily operations of the business while maintaining a proactive approach to profitability and overall Client satisfaction.

Accounting or business background is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Job tasks include, but not limited to:

Scheduling client meetings

Scheduling rep meetings

Answer phone and direct calls to proper staff member

Executive assistant to Me

Manage staff needs

Manage hiring needs

On-board/off-board employees

Participate in Business advisory meetings

Coordinate invoicing with bookkeeper

Manage client projections

Assist with client contracts

Keep staff accountable for PTO and time billing

Keep office supplies stocked as needed

Keep the office organized

Prepare Client meetings

Prepare Monday Team meetings

Track Staff updates to Clients on Fridays

Coordinate Client Christmas Gifts

Network at Industry Events

Track event calendar
