Position Details
Responsibilities
Supervise hard surface restoration crews
Work alongside hard surface restoration crews
Daily presentation of Job Safety Analysis
Daily record-keeping of completed work
Demolition, repair, restoration, and replacement of hard surfaces such as sidewalk panels, roadways, etc.
Knowledge of multiple methods of concrete and asphalt repair and restoration work.
Mixing of concrete and concrete additives.
Concrete and asphalt finishing work
Work with hot and cold mix asphalt
Work with slurry
Manage materials
Job planning
Maintain safety policies and procedures
Other duties may be assigned consistent with job description
Qualifications
Mastery level skillset 5+ years experience preferred, all crew foreman are also working crew members
Previous Foreman experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid US Driver’s license
OSHA 10/30
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, working in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is physically active, with lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson’s driving eligibility requirements.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$30.00 - $40.00
The range above is associated with a tiered position. Candidate offers will align with the relevant tier determined by their experience, education, and specialization, as assessed during the interview process.
