Warehouse Manager

Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Warehouse Manager near Irving, TX.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably and that the team is working safely.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar role and will uphold the company's core values.

Job Requirements: Support the Operations Manager various functions in operations to meet company standards Support in determining inventory handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures.

Provide and maintain equipment in good and safe working conditions to provide team members a safe working environment Manage safety/OSHA/PPE compliance Support in identifying talent needs and provide continuous training opportunities Lead by example by adhering to company policies and procedures Bachelor's or Associate's Degree highly preferred At least 5 years of related supervisory experience required in a related industry Proven management experience in operations or a similar relevant role High degree of computer literacy, specifically regarding Microsoft Outlook and Excel If you are interested in learning more about the company and this career opportunity as an Warehouse Manager, apply today!
