Your Role:

The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions and maximizing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Go To Market Operations, this position leads a team of analysts responsible for deep dive marketing data analysis to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for iimproving marketing programs and strategies to drive pipeline. The role involves collaborating with cross- functional teams, aligning analytics strategies with overall business objectives, and developing key performance metrics and dashboards to track performance. A very important aspect of the role will be executive presence, as this role will be at the crossroads between Marketing and Sales, influencing Executives. Additionally, the Senior Manager serves as a people manager, providing leadership and guidance to a team of analysts.

Your Opportunity:

Marketing Operations:

Lead a team of Marketing Data Analysts in identifying and reporting on key indicators of marketing performance and market opportunity. Projects will include business planning, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

Develop robust analytic models and custom performance analyses to provide advanced marketing reporting for Go To Market Leadership and Executive Staff.

Create and manage data flows through incoming data sources, ensuring correct mapping to Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, and other relevant platforms.

Manage, link, and conduct regular data analysis and reporting via SFDC, Tableau, and web analytics tools on key marketing metrics, linking marketing data to Financial Planning & Analysis, and Salesforce funnel analytics to understand demand generation goals, gaps, and alignment to revenue attainment and marketing ROI.

Conduct advanced cohort analysis to identify prospect behavior and conversion to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs). Communicate findings to demand generation and marketing leaders to facilitate bottom-up analysis of demand gen plans to meet revenue goals.

Create waterfall analytics using time-series calculations to determine when demand needs to be created to achieve revenue goals based on sales cycle length for different products.

Present optimization recommendations based on analyses to support integrated campaign strategy, including targeting and response measurement, email performance, website, local search, etc.

Automate portions of the process and work with a cross-functional team to improve lead processes and develop actionable optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with demand generation and sales ops to facilitate the creation of a predictive scoring model for suspect targeting, and analyze marketing prospects for fit and conversion to sales- accepted leads to improve conversion ratios.

GTM Leadership and Executive Presence:

Assist with marketing optimization planning and training, driving improvements in marketing plans and programs through scalable analytics.

Provide regular feedback and metrics to the Marketing team to help drive program efficiency and success.

Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior marketing leaders, including the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Operations Officer.

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

What You’ll Need:

10 years of experience in marketing analytics with at least 5 years of people management experience and a proven track record of driving business impact through data driven insights in a B2B environment

Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, and web analytics platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align analytics strategies with overall business objectives.

Demonstrated executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and stakeholders.

Advanced experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, Tableau and other various web analytics tools

Excellent project management, task prioritization, decision making, research and analytical skills; strong problem solving, relationship building, and client management skills; outstanding written and oral communications skills

Ability to analyze data and provide regular feedback to GTM Leadership around data analysis to support planning, goals and initiatives

Ability to inspire and coalesce varying points of view; provide and receive critical feedback

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team and across departments

Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with others

At ease with using technology and learning new platforms

Experience writing scripts, preferably SQL or a SQL related language.

Experience with solving data puzzles and automation workflows through data dives

Experience with Excel type functions and macros

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (Azure Databricks/SparkSQL a plus)

Experience with design philosophies to best deliver metrics.

Experience with Google Analytics,Tag Manager, Marketo, and Salesforce (Object/Backend level a plus)

An understanding of API integration methodology

Ability to work at a computer for an extended period of time

Globally distributed client organization that operates both in-office and remotely

Participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings; sometimes being the presenter of these trainings

Infrequent travel required

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges

$128,000—$170,000 USD
