Stone AutoCAD Drafter

Our client is a recognized and well-established stone counter top company based out of Mississauga, Ontario and have been in business for more than 19 years. They specialize in custom stone design for residential and commercial projects across the GTA. And are looking to hire an experienced Stone AutoCAD Drafter to join a motivated and hard-working team. Pay will be based on abilities and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate residential, digital template information into shop drawings via AutoCAD

Strong communication skills with office, shop, and field personnel

Utilize industry specific job management software

Prior manufacturing/construction experience is preferred

Draft accurate, orderly, readable drawings to be sent for review by customers

System perspective relative to job process

Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Associate degree in drafting or equivalent work experience

Applied knowledge in general construction

Two Years Stone Experience Required.

AutoCAD: 2 years

Drafting: 2 years
