Customer Executive, Northeast Region

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Executive (CE) with experience meeting defined sales targets by establishing new business in the Northeast with a focus on hospitals, IDN’s and large hospital-based physician practices. The CE works with a high degree of autonomy and seeks and follows leads to acquire new business. This position also includes negotiating contract terms with customers with input and oversight of the CRO. Additionally, the CE focuses heavily on new logo generation and requires the ability to generate leads based on your own efforts and generate $4M or more of sold and produced revenue during the fiscal year.

Responsibilities:

Establishing and growing business relationships with prospective clients in the Northeast:

leveraging your existing network and e4’s network of relationships

attending industry events

traveling to customer sites for face-to-face meetings

performing new lead generation activities

Expand e4 footprint in select existing accounts in territory through cross selling of additional service lines.

Developing detailed sales plans for targeted facilities

Creating and maintaining prospect lists utilizing social and professional networks

employ cold and warm calling, social media and email tactics to establish new contacts and nurture current network.

Maintain record of all activities, contacts, leads and opportunities in Salesforce, e4’s CRM system.

Partner with e4’s operational, marketing and recruiting teams to advance specific opportunities and communicate overall prospect/client needs.

Assess customer needs and work alongside e4 colleagues to match compatible candidates with the available positions.

Coordinate customer and prospect meetings including but not limited to quarterly business reviews and executive business reviews.

Manage contract negotiations from beginning to end with input and oversight of SVP of Sales and Services President.

Work with e4 colleagues to develop marketing strategies to address ever changing customer demand through discussion forums, phone calls, unsolicited emails, etc.

Provide ongoing support for customer relationships you have established to generate additional business and to escalate urgent needs within the organization.

Client Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in B2B, healthcare professional services environment.

Proven track record of selling and producing 4M of revenue annually.

Sales experience in the Healthcare IT industry; experience in defined area preferred (HIM, Coding/CDI, and Healthcare Information and Organizational Consulting).

General knowledge of hospital operations and current healthcare trends.

Cold calling, lead generation, account management experience.

Understands the mechanics of value-based selling and feels comfortable selling diagnostically.

Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated with a high level of passion, energy, persistence, and initiative, driven by both financial reward and the satisfaction of helping others.

Proactive, committed, has high standards, achievement oriented.

Goal oriented and strategic minded.

Forward thinking, able to take direction and make things happen.

Excellent email/phone communication skills and ability to build immediate rapport.

Able to communicate with multiple layers of organizations, including C-level.

Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Salesforce

Travel up to 50%
