Digital Project Analyst

Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines. Creating and presenting reports on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders. Research, gather and synthesize information to support the project life cycle.

Analyse an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

Requirement gathering (including documentation) and functional analysis of projects, new requirements and bugfixes related to retail network, digital ecommerce channels.

Work closely and manage the change requests, enhancements, and key projects for the retail network, digital ecommerce channels.

Identify and map the digital process flows to reduce the manual efforts and optimize the productivity & customer experience. Design, document and maintain digital and system processes.

Own and develop relationship with internal/external partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the systems integration capabilities and digital solutions adoption. Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Ability to conduct meetings, workshops and presentations, demonstrating high qualities of communications skills.

Identifying and assessing risks to the project and developing mitigation strategies. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations for resolution. Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better values to the customer experience.

Perform Quality Assurance by supporting the UAT phase. Suggest and support UAT best practices and methodology.

Plan, organize, estimate and execute UAT activities (including UAT Defect Reporting & Tracking) and communicating key insights and findings to stakeholders.

Active participation in Post Implementation phase like Live verification, User Guide/Training engagements, production problem tracking and prioritization. Providing general administrative support to project managers and teams.

Requirements

3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance (UAT).

Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

Knowledge in generating process documentation and map out process flows.

Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing (manual or automation). Experience in automation testing/framework/tools will be a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

Proficient in data visualization tools and project management tools will be a plus - JIRA, Power BI, Visio, figma etc.
