Overview:

This position provides direction and oversight of strategic and transformational improvements of the Bank's business plans. Provides recommendations regarding best practices and methodologies. This position is responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to solicit feedback, negotiate appropriate change management strategies, and implements large-scale strategic initiatives that generate business growth and lead to successful integration and adoption. Leads special projects, mentors associate team, and handles the most complex issues in support of daily workflow. Serves as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy - Evaluates current plans, processes, and requirements to identify factors negatively affecting the business unit. Develops and recommends expert strategies and solutions to address identified issues and leads coordinated business efforts to achieve success. Ensures Provides focused execution of project requirements and organizing resources around the mission/intent of the project requirements, goals, and objectives.

Team Leadership - Leads special projects, serving as an expert resource to the wider business unit and organization. Provides influence to foster transformation change management necessary to adopt new approaches. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters. Assists in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors. Serves as liaison between project team, business owners, vendors, and 3rd Party integrators. May oversee daily workflow for analyst team.

Collaboration - Works closely with project teams on change management, communication, and training needs to ensure successful project execution and adoption. Communicates clearly with management, associates, and wider business units in driving change across the Bank.

Reporting - Utilizes key metrics to analyze, track, and report on project impact and performance. Ensures that all changes are clearly recorded and evaluated.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industryPreferred Area of Experience: Lean Six Sigma, Finance, AccountingLicense or Certification Type: Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
