Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Future Concepts ORD/ Strategic Writing to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A3/2D- DCGS Operations.

The Senior Future Concepts ORD/ Strategic Writer shall use knowledge of and experience with AF DCGS and ISR force and capability fielding to provide support ACC A3/2D mission of OT&E for AF DCGS and related systems and capabilities. The Contractor shall also assist with the implementation of the COMACC directed AOC, AF DCGS, Targeting convergence effort.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

Specific support tasks are as follows:

Support AF DCGS program management and monitoring of intelligence mission organizations, systems, tradecraft, non-materiel solutions, and policy with a focus on future operations and modernization efforts.

Assist with the integration of emerging operational concepts, tradecraft, technology, and systems to enable interoperability between AF DCGS and other AF, DoD, Joint, and Coalition partners.

Utilize experience with modernization processes to assist ACC planning, programming, and budgeting processes, materiel and non-materiel solution modeling and simulation, and cost analysis.

Author strategic plans, concepts of operations, program defense narratives, and senior leader executive correspondence that supports operational and programmatic priorities.

Analyze/research/interpret National and Service-level policy and guidance (NDS, NMS, etc.) and emerging concepts and capabilities (ABMS, JADC2, Joint Warfighting Concept), providing recommendations to posture AF DCGS and Intelligence Programs to support future operating environments.

Represent A3/2D within existing and emerging exercise/test efforts across multiple organizations to develop, test, and experiment with new TTPs, technology, and tradecraft.

Provide SME on advanced concepts for current and future Joint and Air Force MULTI-INT/AAA/Cloud systems. Assist with analyzing emerging technologies as possible solutions for identified ISR capability gaps.

Provide functional services and expertise with the development and implementation of AF and ACC’s vision, concepts, policies, and implementation plans.

Provide SME support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding IC and service in Joint ISR, Targeting, and Command and Control architectures, processes, platforms/sensors/data links, and other related

Participate as a member of applicable Working Groups to develop documentation, management strategies, and implementation plans to advocate, educate, and coordinate ISR strategies, requirements, and concepts throughout the Air Force.

Provide SME support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Automation, Augmentation (AAA) activities and programs.

Provide SME support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding current AF DCGS intelligence operations, intelligence tools, and future operating designs.

Support the implementation of COMACC’s vision to integrate AF DCGS, AOC, and AF Targeting Enterprises into a common digital environment with integrated workflows to speed and scale kill-chain activities (Project Nexus).

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.

Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Job may require the employee to be:

In a stationary position 50% of the time.

Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.

Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed.

Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
