We have an opportunity for a Facilities and IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join our talented Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating/managing logistics for NetImpact’s office and IT helpdesk operations in Herndon, VA. Services provided will include facilities management, administrative support, travel coordination and IT helpdesk support.
Responsibilities:
Facilities
Front desk duties including answering the door, greeting guests, offering refreshments, notifying the corresponding parties that their guests have arrived.
Book rooms as needed for scheduled training, executive meetings, etc.
Setup virtual meetings as needed
Order meals and refreshments for training and other meetings
Work with external vendors to book venues and/or confirm catering needs
Ensure the facility is clean, organized and well-stocked
Complete purchase orders for office supplies and other necessary expenses
Coordinate and order marketing items and gifts
Distribute client and employee gifts
Provide excellent customer service to meet our employee and guests needs
Other duties as needed
Event Planning
Plan and coordinate logistics for internal NetImpact events including but not limited to:
NetImpact HQ Days
Training Events
All Hands Meetings
Happy Hours
Onsite Recruiting Events
Coordinate logistics for gifts/prizes for internal NetImpact events
Decorate office during the holidays
Responsible for all other tasks related to internal NetImpact events
Other duties as needed
Travel, Expense reports, IT Helpdesk Support, and other Coordination
Do executive’s expense reports
Handle tasks related to guest speakers; this includes, booking, gifts, bio write-ups, coordinating logistics, etc.
Manage users accounts in Microsoft Office 365, company travel reservation and intranet systems
IT assets tracking and management
Help with basic IT helpdesk tickets on an as needed basis
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of working experience in an office setting
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills are required
Ability to problem-solve and use analytical abilities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written form
Genuine desire to learn is essential
Must be able to maintain government eligibility requirements
