NaphCare is hiring an experienced Mental Health Director (LMSW-C, LPC, LMSW) just like you to lead our Mental Health team at the Forsyth County Jail located in Winston-Salem, NC.

This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

Position Description:

Masters prepared candidate with active, unrestricted mental health professional licensure (LCSW or LPC) in the state of North Carolina

Coordinate, lead and participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients

Evaluate patients in a variety of settings

Perform and document mental health evaluations

Facilitate patient treatment to include admission and discharge from the mental health unit, housing change requests, seclusion, suicide precautions, close observation, and observation level changes

DSM-V

Coach and collaborate with site mental health clinical staff

Ensure all mental health clinicians are educated

Work cooperatively with all psychiatric providers

Assist with recruiting efforts for mental health staff
