Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends

Proficiency in housekeeping software and technology

Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
