Client Operations Specialist Sr

Responsibilities:

What you 'll be doing:

Facilitate the development of new processes through process mapping, process improvement, and project management.

Support with facilitation expertise to provide the client with consultation and facilitation to evaluate the current processes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Master’s degree in a business or technical field to substitute for 2 years’ experience

Undergraduate degree

10 years of functional experience

Experience with business process analysis, mapping, and improvement in the IC.

Facilitation experience at various organizational levels

Basic computer skills

Specific knowledge of clients’ organization, operations, and culture

Prefered Skills:

Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience

Confluence experience

Experience with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies

Graduate degree

Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI w/Poly
