Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Intern, you'll assist in evaluating and enhancing brand communication execution. Performs assigned projects in support of marketing and rebranding strategy.

Brand Communication Audit:

Review all current communication materials and channels used to announce and promote the rebranding (e.g., emails, press releases, social media posts, marketing materials).

Assess the consistency of the new brand messaging across all platforms.

Stakeholder Feedback Analysis:

Design and conduct surveys or interviews with key stakeholders (customers, partners, employees) to gather feedback on their awareness and perception of the rebrand. Analyze the effectiveness of the communication methods based on stakeholder feedback.

Competitive Analysis:

Study how similar companies have handled rebranding, particularly those within the insurance industry, to benchmark best practices and lessons learned. Evaluate the positioning of Berkley Southwest in comparison to its competitors post-rebrand.

Communication Enhancements Proposal:

Based on the audit and feedback, identify areas where communication can be improved (e.g., clearer messaging, increased frequency, different channels). Propose a set of actions to enhance the visibility and acceptance of the new brand identity.

Implementation Plan

Develop a detailed plan for implementing the proposed communication enhancements, including timelines, responsible parties, and required resources. Suggest metrics to measure the impact of the enhancements on brand perception and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in University pursing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or comparable business-related field.

College degree or equivalent job-related experience.

Must be able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced developing and maintaining content for social media platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, and adaptive

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to review and comprehend technical information
