Production Data Analyst

JOB OPPORTUNITY Kentegra Biotechnology Ltd located at the EPZ Athi River is looking for a Production Data Analyst.

This role will be part of the team managing the factory store.

Key outputs for this job include:- • Receiving and issuing of inventory both physically and in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.• Plan and lead both scheduled and random stock take exercise.• Implement and maintain 6S/6K, housekeeping at the warehouse and shop floor.• Prepare Inventory reports and analysis.• Analyze stock movement reports and variances, investigate discrepancies in stocks, initiate root cause analysis and recommend corrective action.• Monitor stock levels at all locations, trends, consumption, and production forecast.• Place inventory requisition at re-order level.• Ensure that FIFO and the 10 golden rules of storage are followed.• Analyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.• Attend daily and weekly meetings to discuss production issues and updates.• Monitor the execution of production plan and identify deviations and variances.• Communicate production status and error updates to management on a regular basis.• Develop and maintain proper records for reference and tracking of performance.• Any other duties allocated by the supervisor.

Qualifications and work experience required for this role:- • Minimum of a Degree in Statistics, Actuarial science, Procurement and supply chain management from a reputable institution.• High Proficiency in the use of MS Office and experience in using an ERP system.• At least 1year experience interacting with data and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.• Good customer care skills.• Proven ability to multi-task and plan for work.• Good organizational skills.• Good analytical skills.• Great attention to detail.
