Job Description

In this position you will be reporting to the Director. Your duties include:

Ensure smooth running of all sites

Travel between sites

Technical handlings of various trades

Cost control

Safety management

Planning

Your subordinates will include: Various site staff and sub-contractors

Scope of project: Various projects across all sectors R30 to R100 million per project

Qualifications

BTech / BSc Hon Construction Management

SACPCMP Registration is a must

Skills

Minimum 10 years experience

CCS, MS Office
