Boutique Fund Administrator located in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey is seeking a talented and motivated Fund Accountants (Supervisor and Manager) to join a newly created, growing team. You will play a vital role in servicing a growing and lucrative clientele working on an exclusive portfolio of esteemed companies. Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements for a variety of investment fund structures

Process and record investment transactions

Review and evaluate general ledger and bookkeeping records for accuracy and completeness

Assist with capital calls, distributions, and financial statement preparation

Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS)

Oversee and manage assigned 2 fund portfolios and 1 Fund Accountant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related

7+ years (Supervisor) and 10+ years (Manager) experience in fund accounting

Must have proficiency with Investran

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
