Identity & Access Management Manager – Greensboro, NC

DUTIES:

Responsible for the implementation and operations of Identity and Access Management solutions.

Ensure the gathering and documenting of functional requirements, technical designs, and manages cross functional IT team to implement IAM product integrations as well as configuration within the IAM software platform(s).

Responsible for managing identity and access management operational processes and interaction with technical and business resources.

Identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects.

Explain technical topics to those without a technical background.

Design, develop, and implement connectors and technical components for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, and role provisioning solutions.

Manage operations for Identity Management solutions and SAP GRC Modules.

Manage support Vendors.

Manage the technical roadmap implementation for Identity and Access Management Platform Tools.

Implement department procedures; review for relevance and monitor associates to ensure compliance.

Provide Hands-on technical security with Identity Management and Entitlements Management.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field followed by 8 years of progressively responsible experience in information security and/or SAP Application Security and/or IT Security.

Qualified candidate must possess:

8 years of experience implementing GRC and/or IdAM solutions across SaaS and on-prem environments;

5 years of experience leading teams and driving projects and initiatives across multiple departments; and,

8 years of experience identifying risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and/or technology projects.

100% telecommuting, eligible to work from anywhere in the US except California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington. Up to 25% travel required.

SALARY: $140,000-$155,000/year

LOCATION: 400 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401
