Job Description:

The Intercompany Accounting Ops Assoc. Analyst role is designed to support the Intercompany function for Pepsi Cola US. The position also offers challenges and opportunities that will promote both individual development and longevity within PepsiCo Beverages North America.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Provide overall support for cross divisional Intercompany relationships between PCUS and the other PepsiCo entities (primarily PBC, Canada, Internationals, Frito Lay North America & Beverages Food and service industries)

Perform Intercompany activities for PCUS, including period end cross charge journal entry completion

Run and analyze Trial Balances for Pepsi Cola North America, PepsiCo America Beverages HQ and PBC Ecommerce to be reported in Hyperion Financial Management

Partner with the field and relevant business partners to ensure intercompany activities are processed and issues are resolved timely

Perform periodic reconciliations, provide Suncore explanations, and manage settlements for PCUS Intercompany accounts

Actively participate in process improvement projects to promote best practices

Provide support to Intercompany management team

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

2-4 years of related work experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent follow-up skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

SAP ECC ledger and Business Objects experience a plus
