A Well Reputed Restaurant is looking for a F&B Purchasing Manager/Cost Controller Competences: - Proven working experience as F&B Purchasing Manager/Cost Controller - At least 4-5 years of overall experience.
- Should have F & B specification.
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: Purchasing Manager - Follow the purchasing strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Monitoring inventory levels, anticipating demand and coordination with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals and cost savings.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Staying updated on industry trends, new products and emerging suppliers to enhance the procurement process.
