Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

As a Staff Accountant at Saad Manios and Associates, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tax operations and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Tax preparation

Maintaining and updating accounting records and files

Prepare and review financial documents, reports and statements

General ledger maintenance, account reconciliations and journal entries

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

1-3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably in a public accounting firm

CPA candidate or willingness to pursue CPA certification (huge plus if you are already licensed)

Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
