Greeter/Customer Service Rep II

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Greeter/Customer Service Representative II for our electronic billing/kiosk client in Detroit on a long term contract basis.

In Office

Monday through Friday. 8am - 4:30pm

Position

Our client is seeking a Greeter/Customer Service Representative II who is flexible and highly professional to assist in promoting s payment solutions and guide customers on how to make payments.

As a Greeter/Customer Service Representative you are the face of the company and our billers. It is very important to maintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and the best customer service experience.

Requirements for Duties for Greeter/Customer Service Representative II

Greet customers at the kiosks.

Educate and guide customers on how to make a payment on the kiosk and Mobile App.

Promote kiosks, Mobile App, and other ways to pay essential bills.

Promote new kiosk locations and new clients.

Participate in community events with client sponsors.

Ensure kiosks are clean and stocked with marketing materials.

Conduct customer surveys and testimonials.

Escalate kiosk issues to operations team.

Increase brand awareness in the metro Detroit community.

Always maintain a positive image of the brand.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.

Flexibility to work throughout Metro Detroit area, specifically downtown Detroit.

Reliable transportation.

Strong communication skills.
