Your Adventure Ahead

Develop, manage, and execute effective campaign strategies across multiple channels (CRM, website, ShopBack app, Paid initiatives, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention

Understand and utilize relevant data and analytics to gain insights on campaign performance

Engage and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams within the Local Team (Social Media, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service etc) as well as with the Regional Team (CRM, Data, and Performance Marketing Team) to develop relevant marketing strategies

Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights

Conduct descriptive & quantitative analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision making

Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities

Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns

Essentials to Succeed

4 to 7 years relevant experience in campaign / marketing experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment

A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual

Demonstrated ability to map out marketing strategies with proven success in key metrics

Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and meet deadlines

Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights.

Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of multiple business units in a global organization
