Your role at Clorox:

The TMM is responsible for improving the capabilities of the Sales area through the development of tools, tactics, business plans, information, and analysis. They will also be responsible for collaborating with the commercial organization to achieve superior results in executing the AmpS strategy in Retail. The TMM will also work with their team to enhance the capabilities of the "Field Sales" team in obtaining and utilizing information, using tools and CAS to achieve superior results. They will also collaborate with Marketing and other functions to ensure that relevant insights and customer inputs are considered in the CBP's.

In this role, you will:

Business Development:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand value aligned with commercial goals.

Lead the planning and execution of sales strategies and tactics, including promotions and campaigns.

Monitor and prioritize key performance indicators for sales channels and brands.

Provide insights and trends to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and capitalize on market opportunities.

Trade Services:

Define and implement trade marketing approaches to optimize sales performance.

Ensure effective utilization of resources and tools to support field sales teams.

Provide training and support on sales techniques and market insights.

Monitor and evaluate promotional activities to maximize return on investment.

Organizational Development:

Develop the capabilities and effectiveness of the trade marketing team.

Implement performance management systems and succession plans.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

In-Store Marketing Plan:

Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to drive in-store promotions and activities.

Ensure alignment with overall demand strategies and customer needs.

Develop compelling communication materials for point-of-purchase and packaging.

Budget and Internal Controls:

Manage budget allocations for trade marketing and sales promotions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and report on financial performance and deviations from targets.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

More than 6 years of experience in commercial areas, specifically in Trade Marketing for at least three years.

Knowledge of sales management process and CAS.

Management of pricing policies and commercial cascades.

Minimum required English level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Interpretation of Nielsen Audits, Household Panels, Scorecards.

Commercial Project Planning and Business Planning.

Sales, Distribution, and Financial Management tools (profitability, margin, costs).
