About the Role
Step into the role of Plant Manager and lead operations, driving production, efficiency, maintenance, safety, and quality. Guide a dedicated team toward productivity, process optimization, and employee well-being.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the facility meets production targets while upholding regulatory standards and fostering a positive work environment.
About You:
Preferably hold a degree / equivalent qualification in Operations/ Production or Industrial Maintenance
Demonstrate proven experience in manufacturing plant management (5+ years), with advantageous experience in the wood industry
Have a robust understanding of wood processing, pelletizing equipment, or related technology
Exhibit exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating high-performance teams
Showcase proficiency in managing budgets, production schedules, and operational processes
Possess a detailed understanding of safety and environmental regulations
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Be tech-savvy, particularly with MS Office
Be willing to work in demanding outdoor conditions
