Salary:

Matos Builders is highering commercial carpenters for a federal project in Gaithersburg, MD. It is a secure facility and the applicant must be able to pass a background check.

Applicants must possess:

OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 10 will be considered)

Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite

Door hardware installation experience

Basic knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Windows

Ability to work as part of a team

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a face paced environment

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Ability to follow and meet project deadlines as outlined in the schedule

Job duties include:

Managing multiple project tasks

Professional interaction with government personnel

Keeping a clean and safe workplace

Installation of wifi enabled door locks, 4 per day
