Marketing Specialist (Real Estate and Mortgage)

This role will play a key part in executing strategic marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on leveraging social media and digital platforms within the real estate and mortgage industry.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to drive impactful campaigns targeting the real estate and mortgage sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing social media channels, developing compelling ad content, and utilizing analytics to enhance our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted Facebook and social media ad campaigns to promote real estate and mortgage services.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to optimize ROI and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to create captivating content for ads, ensuring alignment with brand and industry standards.

Maintain and update our social media platforms with relevant real estate and mortgage content, fostering community engagement.

Contribute to the production of digital marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media campaigns.

Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the real estate and mortgage industry, identifying new opportunities for growth.

Provide support in event planning and coordination, focusing on real estate and mortgage-related initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

2-5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital advertising.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization.

Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for digital platforms and real estate/mortgage audiences.

Creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.

Photography and videography skills are advantageous.
