Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at SWOT Hospitality. The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, HR administration, and government processes. They will also assist in maintaining HR records and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Turkish Labour Laws.

Experience in HR administration and employee relations.

Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
