About the Role

We're in search of a dynamic Dental Assistant to join our Clinical team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to influence patient care, collaborating with our team of dental specialists, as well as Ritual's product and technology teams. Nestled in the heart of iconic Tribeca, NY, our modern office serves as a canvas for creativity and collaboration. This is an in person role, based in New York City.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists and specialists in dental procedures including fillings, veneers, crowns, pediatric dentistry services, root canals, extractions, dental implants, teeth whitening, invisalign, ortho brackets and appliances

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans and 3D CBCT

Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures

Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care

Maintain patient records and documentation

Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have

Must be a New York State Licensed Registered Dental Assistant

2+ years of experience as a dental assistant

Active CPR/BLS certification

Strong patient care and communication skills

Enthusiasm for collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience working in a tech enabled company

Experience assisting pediatrics & other specialties

Pay, Perks & Benefits at Ritual

The base range for this position is $25-$30/hour. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our competitive benefits plans.
