Department Description
The global cybersecurity & Information security (GCIS) department is a part of the Global Technology department. The Technology function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day-to-day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation.
Global cybersecurity & Information security (GCIS) is responsible for:
Cyber Security: Protecting the Technology Environment from internal and external security threats,
Application Security (through secure coding practices, penetration testing, and developer training)
IAM Operations – working to principles of least privilege, access appropriate to role, and Role Based Access Control Security Assurance & Compliance
Infrastructure Security
Vulnerability Management
Security Engineering and Architecture
IAM Product – working on engineering, supporting & implementing new IAM solutions providing security controls in products like Identity governance & administration, Privileged access management, PKI and Enterprise directory services.

Team & Role Description
As part of the GCIS group, the Identity & Access Management Operations (IAM Operations Support) function is responsible for managing access to FIL applications and infrastructure. The team enforces principles of least privilege, working in a controlled and regulated environment. The IAM Ops team carry out the following key tasks – provisioning/de-provisioning, access review and recertification, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access related activities. There teams is based in India, UK, Ireland, and China.
The role will play a key part in Role management of the applications in the existing and new IGA platform. As a part of implementation of new IGA platform, it will take end to end ownership of specific stream of operations readiness. This means, working with Business Analysts to define, refine the processes. Identify the Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies that need to be managed for accepting the system to production. The selected person will play a key role towards operations readiness strategy, using their experience to guide changes with regards to both process and technology. Person should be comfortable working across all levels of business, including interfacing with members of the FIL senior executive management team. Hence one must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities

The IAM team carry out the following key tasks – provisioning/de-provisioning, access review and recertification, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access related activities.
Complying to the Role Based Access Control approach
Working with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure that Business Roles/Functional Roles are maintained that meet the business requirements
Adherence to strict security procedures and Fidelity Information security policies and standards
Ensuring standard approach across all Business Roles and minimise any anomalies
Perform analysis & remediation activities to ensure security compliance
Co-ordination with other Business Units for operational work
Timely reporting of the key tasks, issues and findings to the Management
Experience and Qualifications Required
3-5 years Identity and Access Management experience. B.E/MCA/B Tech Any Graduate or preferably with diploma in Computers preferably from reputed institute.
Must Have
Experience in transformational project for IAM technologies.
Very good understanding of operational processes, listed in key responsibility areas
Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals & technologies. Working Experience with NetIQ IAM technologies such as NetIQ eDIR (Identity Manager), RSA Aveksa Compliance Manager and knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ/Identity Now Solution
Knowledge and understanding of account and Entitlement aggregation
Database, SQL and Basics of Shell Script skills
Understanding of Role Based Access Control, Risk Based Access Control, Role Engineering techniques, and analytical skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Good To have
Knowledge of Information Security Concepts and Domains, primarily in Access Control
MCSE, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP will be an advantage
Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threats
