Location: Tustin, CA (Hybrid)

Relocating HQ Mid-2024: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)**

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr

Scope of the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating content intended to attract and maintain customers for Best Choice Products across all digital channels. This position will produce digital graphic assets for all BCP Channels. This position will be responsible for maintaining the brand's visual identity and standards that meet business requirements and align with the company’s branding. Digital channels include marketplace (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.), BCP Website/mobile App, and social media. Additionally, this position will also have the opportunity to create graphics for other online avenues (blogs, banner ads, ad placements, etc.).

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

Create engaging designs for all Ecommerce channels that supports business goals.

Design and execute marketing campaigns that include but not limited to emails, brand ambassador program, blogs, social media content, and website banners designed to drive traffic and conversions.

Help maintain the company branding across multiple mediums to improve customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Creative Photo/Video, Purchasing, Product Development, Channel Sales & Marketing.

Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by creative management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years of graphic design experience for a major retailer and/or design agency required.

Expertise in design and photo editing software (e.g., Abode Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)

Knowledge of web design; experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience and a digital portfolio a must.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Deadline and detail orientated.

Design and editing in a professional setting.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Outside-the-box thinking and a strong attention to detail.

Excellent typography and type setting skills.

Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
