Salary Range: $202,500.00 - $225,000.00

The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers.

General Summary: The Chief Growth Officer at Richmond International Airport is responsible for increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and leading initiatives in properties, concessions, contract administration, marketing, technology, and innovation. That thrive in a collaborative, change-oriented environment focused on sustainable growth and customer experience enhancement.

Required Experience:

A bachelor's degree administration, legal, airport real estate, marketing, public entrepreneurship, or other closely in business management, administration, related field.

Possess over twelve (12) years of progressive experience in properties, contract management, concessions, DBE program administration, marketing, air service development, and/or information technology and innovation. With at least five (5) years in a leadership capacity overseeing one or more of the divisions and/or functions this position will oversee.

Required Skills:

Ethically minded with a high level of integrity.

Autonomous; does not require extensive direction or guidance.

Comfortable and capable of managing and developing a diverse workforce and community.
