The Opportunity – We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our growing team at our outpatient substance abuse treatment facility. The Office Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall daily office functions to ensure the smooth running of the office, and help to improve company procedures.

To be successful as an Office Manager, you must have strong written communication skills, proficiency with taking notes, ability to multi-task, and building relationships with others. This role is a vital member of the Good Landing Recovery System of Care and will be expected to provide clients with a positive experience by assisting clients and staff a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The Office Manager will also be responsible for HR administrative duties to include onboarding, auditing, and staff communications.

Duties/Responsibilities-

Reports directly to the Director of Compliance and HR

Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines.

Monitoring office supplies and ordering supplies.

Reporting office progress to executive leadership and working with the team to improve office operations and procedures.

Counseling any employees struggling in their roles.

Organize the office layout and order stationary and equipment.

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.

Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Participate in HR administrative duties, to include onboarding, auditing, etc.

Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.

Responsible for providing various ecclesiastical duties in support of the company and company owner’s core beliefs to include, but not limited to, providing prayer to clients, and providing practical biblical guidance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with EMR software (Kipu, CollabMD, etc.)

Familiarity with HRIS platforms

Flexible Schedule

Problem-solving skills

Team-collaborative

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software

Education and Experience-

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)

At least 1-2 years of related substance abuse and mental health experience

If in recovery, a minimum of 1 year sober
