POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Publisher plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective content dissemination across various social and/or digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of content, from scheduling and formatting to editing and final publication. The role demands a high level of precision and organization to maintain consistent and engaging content delivery on platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Reporting directly to the social media coordinator, the content publisher will contribute to the strategic alignment of content dissemination with organizational goals.

Must have worked with clients in the technology industry. And this role is needed for a 6month LTE contract.

JOB DUTIES

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content publishing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proficient in the use of CMS (content management systems) and digital publishing tools for websites, blogs, social media (ex, Hootsuite or Sprout), and email newsletters (ex, Mailchimp).

Strong editing and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Manage the end-to-end process of content publication across various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

Schedule, format, and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the brand voice.

Collaborate with spark studios and/or other internal or external content creators and marketing teams to optimize content for digital platforms.

Monitor the performance of published content and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategies.

Maintain a detailed calendar to track content publication schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ensure compliance with copyright and legal guidelines during the content publication process.

Provide feedback to spark studios and/or other internal or external content creators to enhance content quality and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital publishing and content management technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and must be extremely detail oriented

WORKING CONDITIONS

Office Environment

The salary range for this position is $50k minimum - $60k maximum per annum pro rata. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
