Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, punctual, and responsible individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our headshop store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen interest in our products, and a proactive attitude towards sales.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the store manager.

Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Assist with special promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives as needed.

Demonstrate reliability and punctuality by adhering to scheduled shifts and arriving on time.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling.

Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Interest in cannabis culture and related products is a plus.

We have been around for almost six years now, solo owner or one store. Healthy work environment and good customers relationship are our goals.
