Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic inside sales administrator to join our team! As a part of our inside sales team you would be directly working with customers by providing product and service information, processing orders and assisting sales management with monthly sales reporting. This candidate should have high energy, enjoy different daily challenges and work well within a team play. There is a technical aspect to the product that our organization sells, but a motivated person that is organized and can retain information is easily trainable. Experience in supporting an Outside Sales staff brings additional value to our team!

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and delegate leads to proper team or sales rep (Salesforce)

Provide basic product quotes to customers who have submitted RFQ's

Process orders through Quickbooks once Purchase Orders are received from customers

Manage Vendors order confirmations, and on-time delivery performance

Troubleshoot and resolve customer order issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of inside sale/support experience (Technical quoting experience is a plus)

Previous experience in B2B preferred

Team Player that doesn't shy away from stepping up to support a need or gap that's; been identified

Attention to detail driven

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salesforce and/or Quickbooks experience is a bonus
