Key Responsibilities: Enter new claim information accurately into our computer system. Set up claims for further processing by adjusters. Communicate effectively via email to obtain copies of policies and other necessary documents. Prepare and send correspondence as required.Requirements:Strong writing skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we provide training for the position.
