1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm), & 3rd (11pm-7am)

Petersburg Box Plant

2333 Wells Rd. Petersburg, VA

The Job You Will Perform:

Assist operators & assitant operators with machine operations

Work safely, follow all safety guidelines and best practices

Read work orders and machine instructions

Assist in the setting up of machines

Machine changeovers

Maintain a clean work environment, remove debris and scrap from the production floor

Work as part of team to achieve production goals

Complete quality checks

Troubleshoot machines

The Skills You Will Bring:

A knowledge of safe work practices

Basic math skills to include an understanding of various measurements, ie., the ability to read a tape measure

An eye for detail

An ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

The ability to read, review and understand work orders

The ability to work as part of a team to achieve production goals

Consistency, reliablity and timeliness

A desire to learn, grow and develop
