Job Title: Software Development Engineer - II

Locations: Seattle or San Francisco, Hybrid 3 days per week in office

Organization: Shopping Presentation Foundation (part of Builder Works)

Roles: In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of reimagining and reinventing our deployment systems, enabling cross-functional teams across Company to seamlessly, independently and reliably deploy bar-raising customer experiences for company shoppers for both mobile and web. In this dynamic role, you thrive on building services, tooling, and infrastructure for deployments across client's retail sites. Your work will directly impact thousands of client's developers, empowering them to create products that captivate and delight our customers.

Key job responsibilities:

Design, implement, and release new capabilities

Spearhead best practices that raises the bar in quality, availability, and resiliency of our systems

Minimum requirement

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience programming with at least one software programming language

We are more focused on infrastructure and backend of distributed systems

Technology stack: Typescript, Java, Kotlin
