Chemical Process Engineer - Polyacetal

We need chemical engineers with experience in the production of trioxane and dioxolane. Both are raw materials in the past production of polyacetal.

Additionally, we are looking for chemical engineers with experience in production of producing polyacetal itself. Specifically by the Solution Hydrolysis route.

We are looking for chemical engineers with hands-on commercial experience in the following areas:

1. Production of Trioxane from formaldehyde

2. Production of Dioxolane from ethylene glycol and formaldehyde

3. Production of Polyacetal via the solution hydrolysis route

Typical tasks would be:

1. Process Description

2. Material consumption data

3. Utility consumption data

4. Preliminary plot requirements

5. Safety issues

6. Generic equipment list, specifying any critical items that would have to be imported.

7. Waste/emission data

8.Preliminary process flow diagrams
