Key Responsibilities:

Student-Centered Instruction: Assess individual student needs to tailor lessons that promote achievement of personal musical goals.

Confidence Building: Employ innovative teaching methods to bolster students' self-confidence and performance abilities.

Comprehensive Lessons: Provide instruction in both practical piano techniques and music theory to ensure a well-rounded musical education.

Continuous Learning & Innovation: Show a commitment to personal growth in teaching methodologies and the integration of technology to enhance the learning experience.

Work Schedule:

Teaching schedules are predominantly during weekday evenings. Melody Lane Academy will manage all aspects of scheduling, billing, and high-level communications with clients, allowing you to focus on what you do best – teaching.

Qualifications:

Experience & Passion: Proven experience in teaching voice instruction, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for music education.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with students of varying ages and skill levels.

Adaptability: Creativity in lesson planning and the ability to engage students through various teaching methods.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using technological tools and software to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

Educational Background: A degree in Music or Music Education is preferred but not mandatory.
