About the role

As an Engineering Manager you will promote a culture of collaboration and innovation leading to a success. Your team will span multiple locations and will cooperate with engineers from all around the world.

Take a proactive approach to improving the entire software development life-cycle.

Leverage Agile best practices to manage the delivery of software through continuous deployment, integration and test-driven development.

Coach and grow your engineers to reach their full potential.

Collaborate cross-functionally, building relationships to deliver on company goals.

Work effectively with product managers, engineers and leadership to grow your team and most effectively meet aggressive business outcomes.

Determine processes and metrics to ensure products are market ready.

We are looking for you if you have:

2+ years of experience managing software development Agile teams

Experience in SaaS based company with multi-site teams preferred

Software development experience and ability to coach others

Ability to turn high level requirements into actionable plans with projected target dates

Experience in identifying people’s needs and talents

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Selenium testing (nice to have)

Experience with mobile devices (nice to have)

English on at least B2 level
