IT Help Desk Support

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our IT support team in an entry-level capacity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in phone migrations, desktop imaging, and Active Directory management.

This role will involve providing technical support to end-users, assisting with IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

This is a great Position for a Recent Grad looking to get their foot in the door in IT.

Location: Rockville, MD Hybrid Schedule: No Hybrid or Remote Duration: 2-3 Month Project Work – Strong Possibility of it going longer Compensation: Depending on Experience Clearance: Due to the Rules and Regulations and Requirements from the US Govt and our Client – Candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship or US Govt Permanent Resident Background and Drug Test: Candidates Must be able to pass a background and Drug Test

Qualifications

Must have a Clean Background and Can Pass a Drug Test

Ideal Candidate will have their own reliable transportation

This Candidate can be Entry Level - or a Recent Grad looking to get into IT

Active Directory, Windows Hardware and Software, Mac Hardware and Software experience

Any Experience with Imaging or Migrating Desktops

Any Experience with IT Hardware Installation and Phone Systems Installations
