About you

You are a Sales Specialist who would like to bring in his/her expertise in a market with big development potential? You want to help our business grow by winning new contracts and creating a solid network of partners? You go for every opportunity that you see in the market and try to turn it into a contract?

Our ideal candidate has experience in Refractory Sales

Desirable necessary skills:

work experience / field: 5-10 yrs

Job Location- Kolkata

educational background: Bachelors in any stream/ Masters in Marketing

certificates: Good to have if any

IT skills: Basic MS-Office/ Advanced Excel

language skills: Fluent in English/ Hindi

other skills: Negotiation skills

travel requirements: Flexibility to travel of about 50% of the working time

Additionally, we are looking for:

Previous experience selling refractories or in Technical Marketing area

Ideally with previously experience in the Aluminum sector

The necessary technical skills to manage customer offers

Result orientation and the motivation to go for new challenges.

Fluent in English (a must for working in a very international team)

Experience with CRM is an asset.

Hands on attitude is very welcomed

The position will be based either in India and it will require flexibility to travel of about 50% of the working time.

About the job

The main purpose of this job is to manage Sales in the respective region, throughout the whole process: from detecting the opportunity on the market to the payment of the invoice.

As Sales Specialist you are responsible for Alu sales in India

You detect opportunities and quote, you negotiate with the different stakeholders at our customers, you connect with experts internally to be able to provide solutions to customers.

Establishing sustainable relationships with the customer will help you be successful.

Where needed, you provide technical consultancy.

Sales forecasts, demand planning & management of receivables is part of your role as well.
