Operations Systems & Procedures

Safely and properly use equipment for menu items.

Responsible for all aspects of assigned station.

Completes daily checklists.

Prepares the commissary daily with all items essential for operations.

Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains utensils and tools.

Communicate with team about product no longer available.

Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.

Maintain grade A or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.

Uphold company standards and policies for opening/closing.

Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.Other Duties As Assigned:

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience in culinary field, prep and/or line work experience required.

Must be able to work effectively in a confined area.

Knowledge of weights, volume, and cooking procedures.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to solve business related problems quickly and efficiently.

Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player.

Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.

Flexible hours including overnight.

Flexibility required: Weekends required, holiday work required, two days off (not consecutive).

Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

Multi-lingual a plus.

Basic English reading and communication skills.Essential Physical Demands:

Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs.
