Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Hospice Care
Arbor Associates is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients across the Boston area. Make a great impact in the lives of your patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial nursing assessments for new patients admitted to home health services
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans tailored to each patient's needs
Administer prescribed medications, provide wound care, and monitor vital signs
Educate patients and families on proper treatment, medication management, and healthy living
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through electronic medical records
Collaborate with the patient's other care providers to ensure continuity of care
Uphold Arbor Associates high standards for quality, compassionate healthcare
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Willingness to travel locally for patient home visits
Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
