Overview Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Sr.

Desktop Support Technician at a well-known, Enterprise size organization.

This is a direct-hire opportunity for Connection, working on-site for an outstanding end-client in the hospitality industry.

The main building onsite has 2,500 end-users, and there is another building close down the street with an additional 400 end-users.

This role will be a mix between phone support, deskside work, and executive support.

Previous experience with executive support required.

The individual must be very patient and driven to provide excellent customer service.

This position is on-site, M-F, 8-5.

Hourly rate is $28-$29/hr.

Responsibilities * Provide Tier 2 Executive level support.

* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to work alone or with a team.

* Willingness to go above and beyond.

* Other support activities include researching and recommending solutions.

* Working with vendors and backline teams to resolve issues.

Requirements * Knowledge configuring Win7 and 10 issues, MAC, MS Office Suite and installation of computers and printers.

* Working knowledge of Active Directory and network connectivity with TCP/IP, DNA, WINS, DHCP, and wireless.

* Strong troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Experience supporting Director and higher levels.

* Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

* Work independently with minimum supervision.

* Work under pressure and maintain composure.

* Must learn quickly, interact with a diverse population in a corporate environment.
