Debbieâ s Staffing is now recruiting for an Assembler for our client located in Smithfield, RI

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday â 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Possible OT)

Pay: $17.75 per hour

Job Summary: Debbieâ s Staffing is looking for a self-motivated Assembler to join the warehouse department of our client in Smithfield, RI. If you are a hardworking individual capable of successfully completing tasks, we are interested in you. This position offers an opportunity to work in an exciting workplace.

Responsibilities:

Prepare doors for assembly.

Assemble door units on the singles line.

Read work orders to ensure assembly accuracy.

Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality.

Complete the quality product label.

Safely conduct all activities, adhering to company safety standards.

Meet standards of quality as set forth by the company.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization.

Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to read and understand English.

Ability to lift heavy items weighing up to 75 pounds or more if applicable.

Must be able to read measurement tape.

Basic Math skills.

Good hand and eye coordination.

Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic staple guns, and other electric tools when necessary.
