Description

Mayvin is seeking a Mid-Level Executive Assistant who will support Associate Directors and Deputy Directors, as needed, in a timely and professional manner while interfacing with all divisions and sections of the U.S. Marshals Service. The Communications Specialist will be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion, exercise intelligent judgment with little supervision, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the executive assistant to Senior Leadership

Act as the primary point of contact to represent executives with their internal and external customer base

Make travel arrangements, plan, and execute all activities within the automated travel system

Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials

Manage special projects from start to completion

Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Must have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of proven Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Level Executives (VP, CFO, COO, President, CEO)

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

Advance skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Government Agency Executive Assistant support
